ACV-CSC International Together with KSBSI Hold Evaluation and 2025 Program Plan

JAKARTA – ACV-CSC International Belgium together with its Asian partner, the Confederation of All Indonesian Trade Unions (KSBSI) held the 2024 Program Evaluation agenda and 2025 Work Plan in Jakarta on March 6-7, 2025.

The evaluation agenda and preparation of the 2025 work program plan together aims to evaluate the work program that has been carried out by ACV-CSCI Regional Asia and ACV-CSCI National KSBSI Indonesia in 2024, namely discussing what are the shortcomings and obstacles in achieving the achievements and targets that have been set.

Then also measuring how efficient and effective and quality have been produced in previous work programs, so that they can be a reference in efforts to improve future programs.

Likewise regarding the preparation of the work program plan for 2025, where there will be several employment issues that will be the focus of KSBSI’s work, including strengthening organizational capacity, strengthening Occupational Safety and Health (K3) issues, organizing, gender equality, youth and the environment, just transition or climate change.

The event was also attended directly by Jeroen Roskams and Fedreric Triest as the new ACV-CSCI Belgium program officers who replaced the previous program officer, Stijn Sintubin.

Also present at the event were the National Executive Board (DEK) of KSBSI, Elly Rosita Silaban as President of KSBSI along with Secretary General of KSBSI Dedi Hardianto and his staff, representatives of the General Chairpersons and Secretaries of 11 KSBSI affiliated Federations, and Maria Emeninta, regional coordinator of ACV-CSCI Asia, Martuah Raja Siregar ACV-CSCI Indonesia.

Elly Rosita Silaban, President of KSBSI, expressed her gratitude to ACV-CSC International Belgium which has been very helpful in increasing organizational capacity, especially for KSBSI and its affiliated federations.

“KSBSI would like to thank ACV-CSCI partners for their cooperation so far. This is what keeps KSBSI existing both at the national and international levels.” said Elly Rosita Silaban.

Elly Rosita Silaban added that the evaluation agenda and program plan are part of a series of collaborations between KSBSI and ACV-CSC International Belgium for the 2025 work program, especially strengthening labor issues, including OSH and gender-based violence.
