Dropping all national security charges against and releasing Chow Hang-tung
and Lee Cheuk-yan and quash their previous convictions;
Ceasing the use of criminal charges against individuals for exercising their
human rights;
Allowing and facilitating peaceful commemoration of the Tiananmen
crackdown;
Repealing all laws that infringe on human rights, including the National
Security Law and the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance.
