
IIWE encourages MNCs to respect international human and labor rights wherever they live and operate. Through strengthening the capacity for social dialogue, IIWE aims to hold MNCs accountable to provide workers’ rights fairly across all supply chains and to the communities in which they operate.
We are actively working to improve the capacity for social dialogue, including strengthening negotiation capacity (both human and structural), organizational capacity (representation, internal participation, and financial management), and institutional capacity (external communication, networking, and collaboration with third parties).
